As a Property and Ranch Manager, I began dowsing decades ago out of necessity—initially to help locate broken underground pipes, leaks, and buried septic tanks.
Today, I work primarily remotely from maps, and when needed, I can also come on-site to help refine the best location.
My goal is to help identify the strongest water option for your property’s needs while also keeping drill access as simple and practical as possible, so the well can be drilled efficiently and within budget. You will receive a marked map along with GPS (Google) coordinates for the recommended drill site.
Dowsing has been practiced for thousands of years. While it is not an exact science and cannot come with guarantees, each dowser brings their own gifts, intuition, and technique to the process. It is a fascinating practice that many people can learn with enough focus and dedication.
I continue to study classic French and English dowsing texts, some of which contain truly remarkable accounts. About two years ago, I began seriously developing my own remote dowsing system. Since then, I have remotely dowsed well sites for more than 100 projects, and I have found that my results are far more often accurate than not.
I also strongly encourage clients to consider their driller’s input when choosing a final location, especially when an added layer of verification is desired. Combining the practical experience of a driller with the insights of a dowser can be a real advantage, particularly because drilling a well is such a significant investment.

On-site dowsing requires an appointment and coordination with a local driller and is billed hourly. Pricing depends on the property location, site conditions, time required, and travel expenses. In most cases, I recommend beginning with a map dowsing session first, and then reassessing whether an on-site visit is needed.
